Yesterday’s Phenology: A sunny start to the day, and a bit breezy. Sun glinting off the choppy waters of the Mississippi as I biked over the Lake Street Bridge. A couple hours later it had clouded over a bit, which kept the temperature down a bit. It was a cool tail-wind as I rode west back across the bridge. Robins squabbling in the yard this morning, and crocus blooming in the yard, and tulips coming up. Everything is happening fast. Snow drops persisting. Trees are budding out, but not much in the way of leaves yet. Cardinals calling each other. All sorts of birds about now.
